BURTON TRUSTEES TO DISCUSS SUPERINTENDENT TONIGHT
The Burton school board discuss the contract and salary of Superintendent Edna Kennedy, when they meet tonight.
Trustees will discuss Kennedy’s performance and contract in executive session.
Kennedy was hired to succeed James Palmer back in February.
The board will take action on Kennedy’s contract when they reconvene in open session.
The Burton trustees will also discuss 2016-17 school calendar.
The board will also consider approval of a joint election with the city of Burton, waivers for early release and staff development, and an administrative procedures manual.
The Burton School Board will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the administration office, 701 N. Railroad St.
