BUSY WEEK FOR WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY
A Cameron man has been indicted in Washington County on two charges involving a child.
39-year old Timmie Alvarado was arrested by the Brenham Police Department’s Fusion Unit earlier this month following an investigation.
He is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child. He is being held on $1-million bond.
Also indicted was 40-year old Paul Rayland Borque of Starks, Louisiana on a charge of Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child.
Borque was arrested back in February after an allegations he sexually assaulted a 12-year old North Texas girl while living in Washington County back in 2011.
Two Houston men have been indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury for Aggravated Robbery.
26-year old Ricky Dwayne Brown and 32-year old Robert Jarrad Clark are charged in a “bank jugging” case. A Brenham man claims the two robbed him of $5,000 on April sixth, after he had withdrawn the money from the bank.
The Grand Jury also indicted 43-year old Christopher James Fielder on five charges involving an alleged attack on a Brenham woman in March. The woman claims Fielder attacked her at a home on Baber Street.
Fielder is charged with: Two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault; two counts of Assault-Impeding Breathing; and one count of Assault Family Violence with a Previous Conviction.
33-year old Erica Carter of Somerville and 45-year old Debra Kay Johnson of Caldwell were each indicted on charges of Abandoning/Endangering a Child and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both were arrested in Brenham back in November of last year.
Two Brenham women were indicted for Organized Retail Theft--$1500 to $20,000: 18-year old Bobbie Elexis Reed and 31-year old Genekia Newsome.
Two people were indicted for a case of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle from this past February; 18-year old Stephen Fleming and 23-year old Art Musgrove, both of Waller.
Two Brenham men were indicted for Theft of Copper—Less than $20,000: 25-year old Nicholas Vasquez and 52-year old Oscar Lopez. Both were arrested back in February.
44-year old Elmo Irvin Jr., of Dime Box was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.
40-year old Melanie Schmidt of Fayetteville was indicted on a charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
22-year old Ryan White of Brenham was indicted for having a Weapon in a Prohibited Place.
Also indicted on drug possession charges were: 47-year old Paul Ruben Andrade of San Angelo (two counts); 29-year old Edward Crump of Giddings; 26-year old Ernest James Dever of Brenham; 32-year old Victor Mata of Navasota; 30-year old Carlos Ramirez of Brenham; 21-year old Luis Rivera of Brenham; 40-year old Christopher Spinks of Brenham; and, 21-year old Cory Wayne Watson of Mineral Wells
