FINAL CONCERTS OF THE SCHOOL YEAR ANNOUNCED

  

The Brenham Cub Band is rounding out the school year with two final spring concerts.  Both concerts will offer a variety of musical selections from composers Elmer Bernstein, John Williams, Percy Grainger, Andreas Makris and more.  The concerts will also showcase two All State students, Daniel Ward and Samuel Jenkins, performing concertos with the Symphonic Band.  Band Director Eric Rettig stated that each concert will close with a joint performance of all the high school bands in a salute to Brenham and Blue Bell.

The first concert is Tuesday, May 19th in the Brenham High School Auditorium.  Concert Band will begin their program at 6 pm, with Symphonic Band immediately after.

The second concert is Thursday, May 21st at the music hall at Festival Hill in Round Top, TX.  Concert Band will begin their program at 6 pm and Symphonic Band will perform at 7 pm.
