HEMPSTEAD MAN ARRESTED IN CHILD SEX CHARGES
A Hempstead man is in Brenham Police custody after his arrest on a sexual abuse warrant.
58-year old John David Tomczak of Hempstead turned himself in, Monday afternoon.
Just before 5:00, Monday, Officer Eddie Martinez met with Detective Jason Derrick and Tomczak at the Brenham Police Department.
Tomczak was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child and taken to the Washington County Jail.
