SAN BERNARD ELECTRIC COOP ISSUES HURRICANE WARNING

San Bernard Electric Cooperative would like to inform our membership that due to the impending landfall of Hurricane Harvey, SBEC members could experience outages for an extended period of time. Please make the necessary preparations for this occurrence.

If your water supply is dependent on electricity, please make water storage arrangements as the electric power could be out for an extended timeframe.

Also, SBEC has initiated their Emergency Preparedness Procedures with the impending landfall of Hurricane Harvey. Electrical power outage response will continue as long as the conditions do not jeopardize the safety of our employees. If outage response is interrupted, SBEC will resume once the storm conditions have passed and a thorough damage assessment has been completed.
