VIDEO – DRUMFIT EXERCISE PROGRAM AT BRENHAM ELEMENTARY

  

Students at Brenham Elementary School are enjoying a new workout program called Drumfit.  PE instructor Amanda Droddy introduced the program this year.  It uses large rubber workout balls that the students not only drum on, but also utilize in different exercises.  The program has been a big hit with the students.  Droddy says the students use the balls in various exercises that teach balance and coordination. 30 students were selected to workout today (Thursday) for a video that Brenham ISD plans on putting on their website.
