WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 39 INDICTMENTS
The Washington County Grand Jury meet Tuesday and returned 39 indictments. Among those indicted were:
Madison Leigh Andrews, 28 of Austin for Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger under 15 Years of Age.
Kwadareus Chapel, 23 of Chappell Hill for Possession Controlled Substance.
Tracy Lynn Frennea, 48 of Katy for Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon and Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offence.
William Bruce Guedry, 39 of Brenham for 6 counts of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
Jeremy Hudgeons, 27 of Brenham for Possession Controlled Substance and Prohibited Weapons.
Ronald Gene Jankowiak, 58 of Chappell Hill for Aggravated Assault of a Family member with a Weapon.
Lisa Levy, 51 of Austin for Possession Controlled Substance.
Ronnie Lee Mathis, 50 of Bryan for Burglary of a Building.
Michael Wayne Mayberry Jr., 42 of Brenham for Manufacture or Deliver of a Controlled Substance.
Taneshia McDonald, 29 of Brenham for Evading Arrest with Vehicle.
Michael Gary Montgomery, 51 of Brenham for Possession Controlled Substance.
Terrell Duane Nickerson, 56 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Ricky Lee Perez, 25 of Houston for Evading Arrest Detention with Vehicle.
Jerry Lee Salgado, 17 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
John Robert Scott, 73 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Mason Dwayne Stork, 17 of Brenham for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Freezia Fern Trevino, 33 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Emilie Jordan Welsh, 23 of Austin for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.
Indicted on February 21st: Joshua Scott Waters, 18 of Industry for Aggravated Assault of a Family Member With a Weapon.
Indicted on June 27th: Trenton Dewayne Howard, 28 of Washington Texas for Assault Family Violence Impede Breath/Circulation with a Previous Conviction.
