WASHINGTON CO. REPORTING 26 COVID-19 CASES; THREE HOSPITALIZED, THREE RECOVERIES

  

Washington County EMS officials have confirmed two more positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the total case count to 26 and the active case count to 22.

Late this (Wednesday) morning, EMS confirmed cases in a man and woman, both in their 40s.  They are reported to be at home under self-quarantine.

Of the 22 active cases, three patients remain hospitalized.  Three patients are reported to have recovered.

One patient, who was said to have multiple underlying medical conditions, died Friday.

All cases at this point are believed to have been transmitted through community spread.

  1. I still don’t believe they are being fully transparent. Word around town is that their has been an outbreak in an elderly care home. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

STAY AT HOME PPL during Easter,do not do “the family ” gathering thing..or these numbers will skyrocket after Easter…These numbers are going to get higher and higher.THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO THINK THIS IS A MINI VACATION OR SHOPPING SPREE TIME.these next 2 weeks are very crucial as the “PEAK” nears…DO YOUR PART…STAY HOME

    1. STOP with the fear mongering! The common flu is outpacing COVID19 in deaths even though we are “distancing”!!!

  3. There are 3 young women in their 20s on the list. Ill bet my last dollar at least 1 has a social media account. Its odd tho that no names or any details about these “positive tests” has gotten around considering info like that spreads from the source extremely fast….just a big red flag in my book
