LOCAL P.D. INVESTIGATING STOLEN RIMS
Brenham Police are investigating four thefts of tires and rims, Monday.
Officers were called out to four locations where victims says their tires and rims were stolen off their vehicles.
The thefts occurred in four separate locations: 1000 block of S. Day St.; 500 block of Sycamore St.; 600 block of Center Dr.; and the1600 block of Yager Dr.
All four victims had their tires and rims stolen off their newer model SUV’s or Pickup trucks, which were then placed on cinder blocks.
The Criminal Division is currently investigating the incident and if anyone has information regarding these thefts they are urged to contact the Brenham Police Department.

Explains the SUV down the road from my house on blocks yesterday. I hope they are caught soon.
Also makes me wonder. I left my car unlocked in my driveway back accident last week. I went to leave for work the next morning and the lights inside were on. I checked my ring doorbell and I never saw anything pop up suspicious but that is not to say it caught any motion. Nothing was missing and nothing looked to be messed with as I don’t keep anything personal or valuable in the vehicle anyway but now has me wondering. Really makes me wonder now. Be safe everyone. Criminals don’t care about anything except their own selfish desires.
