SUNDAY LAST DAY TO VOTE IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM SCARECROW EXTRAVAGANZA
Time is running out to vote for your favorite scarecrows in Main Street Brenham’s 17th Annual Scarecrow Extravaganza.
Sunday is the last day to vote on the 29 colorful scarecrows scattered across downtown Brenham. Voting can be done online at http://downtownbrenham.com, or by visiting one of the Scarecrow Extravaganza’s sponsoring stores.

The winners will be eligible for part of $1,300 in total prizes across nine categories, including the “Best Overall” prize of $300 sponsored by KTEX/KWHI.

The other eight categories are:
- Most votes for $200, sponsored by Hermann Furniture.
- Judges Choice for $200, sponsored by Must Be Heaven.
- Best Fall Theme for $125, sponsored by Board and Brush.
- Most Creative for $125, sponsored by Scrubs N Stuff Boutique.
- Most Educational for $125, sponsored by The Book Nook.
- Silliest for $125, sponsored by The Pomegranate.
- The Cutest for $125, sponsored by The Canyon Chick.
- Honorable Mention for $125, sponsored by Branded Boutique.

After voting concludes on Sunday, the winning scarecrows will be announced on Tuesday, and photos will be taken with the winners.
