‘RUSTY,’ ‘LUCY’ NAMED PETS OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Rusty” and “Lucy” as its Pets of the Week.

Rusty and Lucy are ten-week-old kittens who are siblings.  The two have been with a foster since they were four weeks old and have been raised in a home with three cats and three small dogs, so they are well-adjusted to living with other animals.

Brenham Animal Services staff say the two are very sweet, affectionate, and fun-loving.

Rusty loves to wrestle with his sister and with other friendly cats, and also enjoys playing with toys, crumpled paper, cardboard boxes, or cardboard tubes from empty toilet paper rolls.  Lucy also likes to play, but prefers a good lap to sit and nap in.
