OVER 400 VOTERS WEDNESDAY AS EARLY VOTING NEARS CONCLUSION
Early voting is winding down at the Washington County Courthouse Annex for the March primary election.
Election Administrator Carol Jackson said 402 people voted on Wednesday, consisting of 357 Republicans and 45 Democrats. Tuesday saw 502 people cast ballots.
With two days of early voting left, 2,660 people have voted early.
Today (Thursday) is the last day of extended voting hours at the courthouse annex, which will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tomorrow’s (Friday) hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will mark the end of early voting.
Election Day is Tuesday.
