TICKETS TO “CINDERELLA” ON SALE AT UNITY THEATRE TUESDAY

Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Tuesday) for the Children’s Summer Family Musical “Cinderella” at Unity Theatre in Brenham.

The play is based on Jim Eiler’s adaptation of the classic Fairy Tale by Charles Perrault, and is sponsored in part by the BetsWest Foundation.

The show also features music by Jim Eiler and Jeanne Bargy.

The play tells the story of a poor, young woman named Cinderella, who lives with her wicked stepmother and two mean stepsisters. One night, she meets her fairy godmother, who turns her rags into a beautiful evening gown, so that she can go to a ball, and meet the handsome prince.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 18 and under.

Unity Theatre does have a group rate that drops prices to $12 for adults and $8 for children.  For every 10 children, groups can get one adult ticket for free.

The performances are July 28-July 31. Showtimes are at 10am and 2pm on Thursday and Friday, and 1pm and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

For more information, you can contact the Unity Theatre Box Office by phone at 979-830-8358, or send them an e-mail to Tickets@UnityBrenham.org.
