BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO HEAR RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUESTS

  

Two residential replat requests will come before the Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday.

First up will be a request from Dara Childs of MC Property Holdings, LLC to replat two properties into a single 0.1766 acre lot at 905 Sycamore Street in order to build a single-family residence.

The second request will be from Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church to replat two properties at 204 Kerr Street and 1008 Garrett Street into one 0.616 acre property.  The church wishes to demolish the single-family residence on location and build a community center.

City staff recommends approval of both requests.

Commissioners will also receive reports on impact fees and board reappointments.

The commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
