LOCAL OFFICES TO CLOSE FOR DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY

  

Offices in Brenham and Washington County will be closed on Monday in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Brenham City Hall, Municipal Court, Pet Adoption and Animal Services, the Blue Bell Aquatic Center and the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library will all be closed, in addition to all county offices.

The Collection/Transfer and Recycling Station will have regular hours.  Residential and commercial trash pick-up will run on a normal schedule.

The Brenham Washington County Visitor Center will be open for standard hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will be closed on Monday, but Bluebonnet personnel will be on call during the holiday in case of any outages. 

Bluebonnet members can make payments while offices are closed by calling 800-842-7708, going online to www.bluebonnet.coop or using the MyBluebonnet mobile app.  Power outages can be reported through the website or mobile app, calling 800-949-4414 or texting OUT to 85700 through Bluebonnet Outage Alerts.
