WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 48

  

The Washington County Grand Jury met Tuesday and returned 48 indictments.

Three people were indicted for Aggravated Robbery.  They are 27-year-old Quintavius Pi Lar Bell, 19-year-old Cado Sakai Traylor and 17-year-old Jacobie Williams, all of Brenham.

34-year-old Coma Lee Bradley of Washington, indicted for Assault Family Violence with Previous Conviction.

33-year-old Chance Garner of Burton, for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.

24-year-old Ezraick Deryan Newsome of Brenham, for Injury to the Elderly.

47-year-old Bryan Jason Deziel of Houston, 47-year-old Christine Michelle Innes of San Antonio and 43-year-old Roderick Dewayne Jefferson of Houston, all for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

40-year-old Yandy Barrio Denis of Austin, for Fraudulent Possession/Use of Credit or Debit Cards less than 5, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

44-year-old Billy Joe Davis and 55-year-old Veronica Longoria, both of Brenham, both for Driving While Intoxicated 3^rd or More.

21-year-old Trevon Warrior Fennell of Manor, for Fraudulent Possession/Use of Credit or Debit Cards Between 5-10.

42-year-old Stephen Matthew Maurer of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

36-year-old Andrea Shamon Harris of Chappell Hill, for Fraudulent Possession/Use of Identifying Information Less than 5 Items.

25-year-old Alexander Beardeaux of Glen, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

33-year-old Brandon McKay Barnett of Austin and 26-year-old Dante Raeshawn Zeigler of Killeen, both for Possession of Marijuana 4 oz. – 5 lbs. 

36-year-old Carlos Emilio Martinez-Delao of Austin, for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were 42-year-old Raul Raui Angulo of Brenham, 34-year-old Eva Marie Brooks of Spring, 22-year-old Argenys De Los Santos of Houston, 29-year-old Megan Dawn Gandy of Houston, 17-year-old Elijah Jamaar Green of Washington, 43-year-old Esteban Guevara of Houston, 22-year-old Solyris Zayana Harrell of Missouri City, 27-year-old Kenyana Deshun Heard of Brenham, 37-year-old Todd Christian Johnson of San Marcos, 43-year-old Arturo Martinez of Brenham, 37-year-old Israel Torres Ponce of Houston, 30-year-old Sterling Thompson III of Hempstead and 43-year-old Shawvin Gerard Tingle of Chappell Hill.

The following people were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested, so their names can now be released:

25-year-old Edward Wayne Daniels and 21-year-old Tremane Cole Daniels, both of Brenham, both indicted for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm.

The following were arrested but no billed by the Grand Jury:

49-year-old Stephen Bellard of Brenham, for Continuous Violence Against the Family; 53-year-old Margaret Ann Bennett of Brenham, for Injury to a Child; and 60-year-old Mary Lee Garrett of Brenham, for Injury to the Elderly.
