BURTON ISD SEEKING DONORS, SPONSORS FOR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Burton ISD is reaching out to community stakeholders for their support as it looks to enhance its extracurricular programs.

In a letter shared this (Tuesday) morning on social media, the district announced it is offering sponsorship opportunities to assist with the purchase of items for athletics, band, and clubs or activities.

The district says while academic needs are being met through the bond and through local and state funding, these contributions will go beyond what the district athletic and campus activity budgets can provide.  It adds, “Every gift, no matter the size, helps close resource gaps and strengthens our entire community.”

Among the items donors can help with are track and field hurdles, gymnasium sideline chairs, band instruments, weight room equipment, and improvements to the baseball and softball fields.  Donors can also choose to sponsor individual clubs or activities.

Sponsorship tiers range from up to $500 to over $10,000.  Donors will be listed on the school website, https://burtonisd.net, and in the 2025-26 fall sports program.  In addition, anyone sponsoring specific equipment will have their name or logo displayed on the items.

Forms and donations can be mailed or delivered to Burton ISD’s Administration Office at 701 North Railroad Street.  Checks should be made payable to Burton ISD.  A company logo, if applicable, can be emailed to cblakey@stu.burtonisd.net

Donors wishing to have their information included in the fall sports program must submit their forms and company logo by August 1st
