A Sealy resident has claimed a $5 million prize on a Texas Lottery scratch ticket purchased in Brenham.
The top prize-winning ticket in the $5 Million Titanium Black game was purchased at Buccaneer Food Store, 1309 Prairie Lea Street. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
For selling the winning ticket, the retailer may be eligible for a $10,000 bonus under the Texas Lottery’s Retailer Bonus Program.
This was the first of four top prizes worth $5 million to be claimed in the $100 scratch ticket game, which offers more than $448.6 million in total prizes. The overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.89, with prizes starting at $150.
