SHINER CATHOLIC CHURCH TO HOST 30TH ANNUAL SPRING PICNIC
The Shiner Catholic Church will be hosting their 30th annual Spring Picnic on Sunday May 29th, at KC Park – 102 South Avenue G – in Shiner, Tx.
Pre-Picnic activities will be held from 6:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday, May 28th with a historic beer stand open, BBQ sandwiches, and Music by the Legal Limit Band.
On Sunday there will be a motorcycle run with registration at 10:30am. Also beginning at 10:30am will be dinner plates for sale until 2:00pm in an air conditioned dining room. There will be music all day Sunday beginning with Accordion Music by local accordion players from 11:00am to 2:00pm followed by the Shiner Hobo Band at 2:00pm and the Lazy Farmers Polka Band from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
The Spring Picnic will also include a country store, big country auction, dance, arts and crafts.
