BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL HAS BAD WEATHER PLAN IN PLACE FOR SATURDAY GRADUATION CEREMONY

With Saturday’s Brenham High School graduation ceremony planned to take place in Cub Stadium, the administration in the district has had an eagle’s eye on the weather.
With the rain that has swept through the county over the week, the district has secured their contingency plan.
Should the weather become an issue, the ceremony will be moved to the Brenham High School Auditorium, with a ticket-entrance system.
Each graduating senior was given “rain tickets” for their guests, and only those bearing these tickets will be granted entry.
An overflow area will be set up in the main gym, with screens to live broadcast the ceremony.
Additional parking will be at the Washington County Fairgrounds, with transportation to and from the Fairgrounds.
As always, KWHI will proudly host the ceremony live on our station with Craig Montana.
Listen to our station and watch our website for updates tomorrow (Saturday) on the location.
