BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON FIVE WARRANTS

A Brenham man is in police custody, after his arrest on numerous warrants.
35-year-old Oscar Griffin III of Brenham was arrested Wednesday afternoon after the Police Department’s Crime Reduction Unit located him at a home in the 300 block of Clayton Drive.
Griffin was wanted on five active warrants for his arrest out of Washington County.
Griffin was charged with Theft of Material—Less than $30,000; Abandon Endanger a Child—Criminal Negligence; Continuous Violence Against the Family; Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member; and Assault Causes Bodily Injury.
Griffin was transported to the Washington County Jail.
