FORTNIGHTLY CLUB BOOK SALE BEGINS WEDNESDAY AT WASHINGTON CO. FAIRGROUNDS

  

Anyone looking to expand their book collections will have the opportunity to do so starting today (Wednesday) at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

Over 95,000 books will be available for purchase at the Fortnightly Club of Brenham’s annual Used Book Sale, taking place today through Saturday.  The sale runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Fortnightly Club and its efforts to support the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.

Admission today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. is $10 per person.  After that, through the rest of the sale, admission is $1.  Admission for children and parking are both free.
