LCRA ACCEPTING COMMUNITY GRANT APPLICATIONS IN JULY

  

The Lower Colorado River Authority will soon be accepting grant applications for its Community Development Partnership Program.

Grants up to $50,000 are available, with applications becoming available July 1 at lcra.org/cdpp.  They are due by the end of July.

Eligible organizations include only non-profit organizations, such as volunteer fire departments and emergency responders, as well as schools, local governments, libraries, civic groups, and museums.

Brenham’s City Council has already authorized a grant application for funding of removable traffic bollards in downtown Brenham for public safety.
