LOCAL POLICE CHARGE WOMAN WITH ASSAULT

A Brenham woman has been arrested on a domestic violence charge.
59-year old Doris Ragston was taken into custody after police were called to the 200 block of Riggs St. to a disturbance, late Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, Ragston was arrested on a charge of Assaut Family Violence
Ragston was taken to the Washington County Jail.
