SIX SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Six people have been sentenced in the latest session of 21st District Court in Brenham.

30-year old Cory Wayne Clayton of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Tamper with Physical Evidence –  aThird Degree Felony.

66-year old Melanie Goeth of San Leon, was sentenced to three years behind bars for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense – a Third Degree Felony.  She must also pay $100 to the EMS Trauma Fund.

23-year old Ryan Edward Sumner of League City, was sentenced to seven months in jail for Theft of Property, below $2500, Two or more Previous Convictions.

30-year old Bryan Oneal Dixon of Brenham, placed on five years’ probation for Assault of a Family Member/Impeding  Breath/Circulation, a Third Degree Felony,  Dixon was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 150 hours community service.

21-year olds Keiaria Shardai Crawford of Hockley, received five years’ probation for Burglary of Habitation.  Crawford was also fined $1500, ordered to perform 150 hours of community service and have no contact with the victim.

And, 27-year old Jordan Rayshawn Howard of Navasota was placed on eight years’ probation for Felony Injury to Disabled Individual.  According to the District Attorney’s office, Judge Carson Campbell reduced the agreed upon sentence and waived all conditions of probation.
