WARRANT ARREST MADE IN BRENHAM PARK
A Prairie View man has been arrested in a Brenham park last (Wednesday) night on an outstanding warrant.
Cpl. Lance Weiss saw a vehicle at Hohlt Park just after 11:00 p.m.
When he went to investigate, Weiss says 49-year old Ben Tripp White of Prairie View was standing by the driver’s side of the car.
Dispatch notified Weiss that the White was wanted for a parole violation out of Harris County for delivery of a controlled substance.
Inside the vehicle was 30-year old Lisa Burks of Brenham.
Both White and Burks were charged with being in a city park after hours.
