LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR/FORMER CITY COUNCILMAN FOUND GUILTY
A former member of the Brenham City Council and former candidate for mayor, has been found guilty in Washington County Court at Law of indecent exposure.
Local chiropractor Gary Gabriel was convicted by a local jury after a two-day trial before Judge Matthew Reue.
A patient said Gabriel exposed himself during an office visit in March of last year.
Gabriel served on the city council from 1986-89 and briefly ran for mayor last year before dropping out of the race.
Sentencing is set for June 28th. Gabriel could be sentenced to up to 180 days in jail and a maximum fine of $2,000.
