GRAND JURY RETURNS 20 INDICTMENTS
The Washington County Grand Jury met today (Tuesday) and returned 20 indictments. Those indicted include:
Randell Lee Harvey, Jr. 35 of Brenham for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. Harvey was arrested in March of this year by the Brenham Police Department. He had gotten into a verbal altercation that turned physical. During the altercation, Harvey allegedly assaulted the other man with a knife.
Selena Herrera, 19 of Brenham for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. Herrera was arrested by police after an altercation at Brenham High School. She allegedly verbally and physically threatened a 17-year old male with a piece of broken glass.

Miguel Aleman, 17 of Chappell Hill for Retaliation.
Heather Basnaw, 18 of Brenham for Burglary of Habitation.
Daijia Nicole Bell, 19 of Spring for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Brittany B. Cook, 35 of Bellville for Possession Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
Trinidad Goldstein, 45 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Belinda Denard Gonzalez, 56 of Brenham for Theft Property less than $2500 with 2 or more Previous Convictions.
Dwight Donald Henderson, 56 of Brenham for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense.
Daniel Huff, 55 of Brenham for Escape while Arrested or Confined for a Felony.
Glennward Jackson, 33 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Ariel Mata, 17 of Brenham for Burglary of Habitation.
John Gia Nguyen, 22 of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
Ibrahim Okulaja, 33 of Houston for Tampering with Government Record.
Ecleshia Phillips, 28 of Brenham for Theft of Property $30,000-$150,000.
Sharon Schultz, 43 of Brenham for Injury to an Elderly Person.
Lashonda Skinner, 42 of Brenham for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance on two separate occasions.
Britney Winkelmann, 40 of Chappell Hill for Misdemeanor Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
