ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT INDICTED
The suspect in an armed robbery in Washington County has been indicted by the 21st District Grand Jury.
20-year old Cornelius Latherio Beroid Jr. of Somerville is a suspect in an armed robbery back on July 3rd. Beroid and a 14-year old are accused of robbing a Caldwell man at gunpoint on FM-390 in Washington County.
The victim says the pair pulled the trigger on a gun, but it did not fire. Beroid was indicted locally on a charge of Aggravated Robbery
Beroid is also a suspect in the burglary and arson of a Burleson County store.
Also indicted this week, was another suspect in the Snook burglary and arson. 21-year old Allen Michael Daniels of Burton was indicted on a separate charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for an incident that occurred in Washington County back in June.
Also indicted was, 23-year old Patrick Michael Howley, Jr. of Brenham on an Assault charge.
Howley was arrested back in May on a charge of Assault Family/Household Violence/Impeding Breath Circulation with a Previous Conviction.
38-year old Charles Joshua Raines of Navasota was indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Habitation.
Raines, identified as a Grimes County fugitive, was arrested in Burton by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies after a lengthy multi-county search and an anonymous tip.
Indictments were also returned against:
19-year old Tevin Leondrick Devault of Somerville: Theft of a Firearm.
18-year old Ralph Kallie, II of Brenham: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
43-year old Kelby Obrien Moore: Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
37-year old Erica Shae Carter of Somerville: Theft of Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
37-year old Raquel Carter of Houston: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Indictments for Possession of a Controlled Substance were also returned against: 26-year old Eric Dominguez of Navasota; 37-year old Terance James Farrell Jr., of Brenham; and 33-year old Dustin Wayne Tragesser of Tomball.
These young men should have been on a job
More and more these days as so many of the new generation have no sense of right from wrong; no moral compass, I do believe that some of them actually think their criminal activity IS A VALID LINE OF WORK.
