BRENHAM F.D. RESPONDS TO GAS LEAK MONDAY MORNING

  

The Brenham Fire Department was sent out Monday morning to a gas leak.

Firefighters were dispatched after 9:15 a.m. to a gas leak in the 1400 block of Cedar Street. Units arrived and found the city had hit a gas line in the street.

The city clamped the line, and fire units checked on the residence in front of the leak.  No gas was detected inside the home.
