BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO SWEAR IN TRUSTEES

  

The Burton School Board will administer oaths to its newly elected trustees at a meeting on Tuesday.

Three of the four candidates in today’s (Saturday) election – Dean Fuchs, Misty Lucherk, Donna Putnam and Ande Bostain – will be sworn in.  The board will then choose who will serve as board president, vice president and secretary.

After that, trustees will go through monthly reports and a bond project update.  They will also receive a presentation from the Burton Junior Beta Club.

An executive session will be held to discuss personnel, safety and security, preliminary budget projections and the date for a special budget workshop.

The board will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Burton High School auditorium.
