WASHINGTON COUNTY MAJOR BOYS TO FACE BRYAN HARVEY TONIGHT (MONDAY)

After receiving a first round bye, the Washington County Major Boys play their first game in the Section 1 Tournament later tonight (Monday).

Washington County takes on Bryan Harvey, who defeated Bastrop 8-3 last (Sunday) night. First pitch is scheduled for 6pm at the Travis Little League Fields in Bryan. (5:35pm pregame on KWHI)

In the other first round game on Sunday night, Lufkin defeated Northwest 7-1. Lufkin now awaits the winner of tonight's (Monday's) Washington County-Bryan Harvey game. They will meet in the Semifinals on Wednesday night at 8pm.

Meanwhile, in tonight's (Monday's) second game, it will be an elimination round matchup between Bastrop and Northwest at 8pm.
