SMOKEY NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named Smokey as its Pet of the Week.

Smokey is an 8-year-old domestic shorthair cat.  Brenham Animal Services says he is very vocal and affectionate, and loves to rub up on legs for attention.

Staff members at the shelter say Smokey is low-maintenance, trained for the litter box and does not scratch on furniture.  He would love a home with teenagers or above.
