BRENHAM ISD STUDENTS EARN SPOTS IN REGION CHOIR

Brenham High School choir students had the opportunity to perform this past weekend at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Region 27 Concert.
Hank Kopech, Ashton Lofton, Kimbrea Massenburg and Jerry Pham participated in the concert at the Cypress Performing Arts Center, following months of practice and auditions. They earned their places in the region choir after competing against larger, Houston-area schools.
High School Choir Director Amanda Seymour said she is extremely proud of the hard work the students have put in to reach this point. She said, “It is such a joy to see these students perform and learn from these top conductors. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
