ANIMAL FRIENDS HOLDING FUNDRAISER THIS WEEKEND

  

Animal Friends of Washington County will be holding an upcoming fundraiser called “Paws by the Lake.”

“Paws by the Lake” is scheduled for Sunday from 5:30-8:30pm at the home of Tom and Elizabeth Stevens at 7301 Highway 290 East in Chappell Hill.

All funds raised will allow them to continue to spay and neuter pets by helping to afford new veterinarian equipment, and other supplies they need.

While tickets to the dinner had a cut-off deadline of last Monday, September 22, they are still selling tickets for their prize drawing.

They have three prizes:

a 1-night stay for 4 people at the Milk and Honey Ranch Resort,

a fine dining experience at with paired wines for eight at Brossa’s Cibo E Vino,

and a Meat Lovers Package from Chappell Hill Bakery and Deli, Chappell Hill Sausage, Chappell Hill Wagyu, and Brenham Quality Meat Market.

Prices for the drawing are $25 for one ticket or $100 for five tickets. They can be purchased by going to the events page at animalfriendstexas.org.
