NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND IN BRENHAM
Local business leaders and development partners gathered this (Friday) morning to break ground at the site of a new residential development in Brenham.
Chamber of Commerce and Arete Companies met
Friday morning to break ground at the site of The
Townhomes at Park, a new townhome complex to
be developed at 1301 North Park Street in Brenham.
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Arete Companies joined for a ceremonial groundbreaking for The Townhomes at Park, located at 1301 North Park Street.
Arete Founding Partner Jake Carlile said the townhome complex will feature 12 three-bedroom units for rent. The complex will include balconies, private garages and a game room. He said the project is designed to address the “missing middle housing need” in Brenham and fit a price point that works for teachers, firefighters, police officers and the like.
Chamber President Jamie Rankin said housing availability has been an issue in Brenham and thanked Arete for choosing this project to invest into the community.
