WASHINGTON CO. DAIRY DAY AT FAIRGROUNDS SATURDAY

  

The Washington County Fairgrounds in Brenham will host the annual “Dairy Day” tomorrow (Saturday).

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service holds the “Dairy Day” show each year for 4-H and FFA members.

This year’s event will be held in Barn #2 at the Fairgrounds with check-in at 8:30. Dairy judging awards will be given for Pee Wee Showmanship, Junior Champions, Senior Champions, Grand Champions and a Supreme Champion.

The judging teams and their parents will also be serving a barbecue chicken meal at noon or as soon as the show is over. Plates are $8 each and all sales and proceeds will help support the local 4-H Dairy Judging teams.

KWHI 1280 will broadcast tomorrow morning’s events live from the Washington County Fairgrounds on 1305 East Blue Bell Road.
