‘MOVIES IN THE PARK’ POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER
Update @ 4:35 p.m.: The City of Brenham has postponed tonight’s (Thursday) edition of “Movies in the Park” at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center, due to inclement weather. Organizers plan to reschedule the event for another date.
Original Story @ 7:20 a.m.: The City of Brenham’s “Movies in the Park” series continues tonight (Thursday) with “Floats ‘N Flicks” at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center.
Tonight’s movie will be “Finding Nemo”. The movie will start at 6 p.m.
Admission is required and is $5 per person. Anyone wanting to be in the pool during the movie must have a float.
Headline sponsor for “Movies in the Park” is Kelli Dozier State Farm. Movie sponsors for the series include Strand Associates, Citizens State Bank, Thielemann Construction, Stegent-Thielemann Plumbing, and KTEX/KWHI.
The series wraps up on August 1st with “Moana 2” at Henderson Park.
