  1. We talk about all these crimes when our country official are dragging their feet in supporting our sheriff department in getting out more deputie and investigators. You have a strong law enforcement the criminals will go else where, this is just common knowledge. Hopefully our DA and judges will do their job.

  2. He went to Burton High School and moved back to Tomball. It’s a very sad situation for everyone involved especially the family who lost a loved one but no one posting on here knows what happened, he will have his day in court.

    1. And please remember there are TWO families concerned here. I know what happened is horrible but the family of the charged man is also suffering. He is someone’s son, brother, grandson.
Please pray for BOTH families involved.

  3. I agree with worried neighbor. There are way too many bad things happening in our “once upon a time quiet town.” I am afraid to stop and render aid to someone because it could be a setup. What a shame that our society has stooped to this low level. Prayers to both families and I hope justice gets served to the guilty parties.

  4. No comments on this? Seriously!? Another body in Navasota too?? Houston’s moving in on us y’all… Please God let’s keep our little town quiet!!! Prayers to both the families for their terrible losses. NO ONE deserves this nonsense. #prayforbrenham

    1. Not sure why the second any thing bad happens in Brenham, someone shouts and blames Houston. News Flash, There are bad people everywhere. Right here in Brenham people that were born and raised here have been seen on this very news page stating their crime. Why do people always blame Houston? Just recently there was a Horrific murder of a woman in Caldwell, the people accused are NOT from Houston. There has been numerous sex offender cases on KWHI, and the men were local people.. and to address your statement “No one deserves this nonsense” and your hashtag “pray for Brenham” well I am sure the family of the murdered man see this as more than “Nonsense” and we should all pray for the family of the deceased. Wake up Bad people are everywhere not just Houston.

      1. Yes, bad people are everywhere.
Did you know that the crime rate in Houston, Texas is at an all time high? Murders, rapes, robberies, assaults, burglaries, thefts, arson and auto thefts all are on the rise and steady in Houston. Maybe that is why we wonder if these crimes are related to Houston folks!
        Prayers for all.

      2. Houston is full of folks from everywhere else, including Washington County. One of Houston’s most horrible crimes (about 20 tears ago) was committed by a former native of Washington County. I am aware of other criminals who can trace their roots back to Washington, County. A very high disproportionate part of Houston’s crime is due to illegal aliens & Katrina/Ike evacuees. This guy was from Tomball but attended Burton HS. The problem is not Houston or Washington County. It is our society. Our Society is broken and I do not see any signs of it getting better.

      3. Thank you!! It’s not Houston… Its how people raise and connect with their kids or family… If someone you know is having issues reach out… Be kind. Too much hate in the world… Not just Houston.
