BRENHAM MAN RECEIVES PROBATION

  

A Brenham man has been placed on probation after pleading guilty to a drug charge in 21st District Court.

52-year old Roy Leakes of Brenham was placed on six years’ probation after pleading guilty to possession of a Controlled Substance.

District Judge Carson Campbell also ordered Leakes to perform 240 hours of community service and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.

  2. It wasn’t him who was charged with “several counts of delivery”. In order to know EXACTLY what happened, you have to be a part of the situation…which you are NOT.

  3. Augustus, so why do you think he got probation? Why give him a lesser charge in the first place?
