AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 11

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 11 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Steven M. Simon, 22, charged with Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, offense occurring January 6^th.

Carl Edward Jeffery III, 30, for Burglary of a Habitation, from December 20, 2018.

James Lee Tisdale, 22, charged for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, on January 11^th.

Brandon Dwayne Pipes, 44, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, occurring February 1^st.

Catherine Yajaira Escobar-Vasquez, 22, charged with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, from December 4, 2018.

Hector Raul Flores, 19, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, occurring December 29, 2018.  Flores also faces two charges of Possession of Marijuana between four ounces and five pounds, dated December 29, 2018 and February 15^th.

Jong Eun Choi, 55, for Driving while Intoxicated 3^rd or More, offense occurring February 13^th.

Melissa Christy Michel, 33, for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, occurring March 29, 2010.

Ricardo Salgado, 22, Nader Talghani, 32, Valeria Martinez, 27, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
