BARNHILL CENTER TO PRESENT JOHNNY CASH TRIBUTE SHOW

  

Fans of the late Johnny Cash will be excited to learn about a show scheduled for The Barnhill Center in Brenham in late March.

“Bennie Wheels and Walkin’ the Line” will perform at The Barnhill Center at historic Simon Theater on Saturday night, March 21st.  Known as “The Man in Black”, Johnny Cash’s music and words have inspired generations, putting him in the Country, Rock ‘n Roll and Gospel Halls of Fame.  Sharon Brass, Barnhill Center producer and booking representative, says “Bennie Wheels and Walkin’ the Line” is the ultimate tribute to Johnny Cash.  Brass says “This is a very authentic representation of Cash, his songs, his band, and even his harmonies with June Carter”.  Cash’s lead guitarist, Bob Wootton, said “Bennie is no doubt the best tribute to John I’ve ever seen.”
