PAIR OF BLINN BUCS JOIN BV BOMBERS

Two Blinn Buccaneers have joined the Brazos Valley Bombers for the summer season.

Caden Homniok, of Houston, appeared in 21 games for the Bucs during the shortened 2020 baseball season, hit .274, drove in 8 runs for the Buccaneers, and had an 6 stolen bases.

Also joining the Brazos Valley Bombers is catcher Preston Hoffart of Conroe, who had 14 hits, including 2 doubles, 2 stolen bases and drove in 6 runs.  He also threw out 6 runners trying to steal.

The Bombers will open their season next Tuesday (6/30) at Travis Field in Bryan against the Round Rock Hairy Men at 7:05 PM.  Round Rock is one of five minor league affiliated organizations joining the TCL for this season.
