PAIR OF LOCAL D.W.I.’s OVER THE WEEKEND

Brenham made a pair of DWI arrests over the weekend.
Friday night, just before 7:00, authorities responded to a reported reckless driving coming into Brenham on US Highway 290 West.
Police located 60-year old Reginald Blue of Killeen in the 300 block of 290 West near the overpass of Highway 36 South.
After investigation, Blue was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated with three or more convictions.

Sunday morning, just after 3:00, local police responded to the area of Highway 290 East in reference to a reported reckless driver.
23-year old Edgar David Salazar-Munoz of Brenham was pulled over near the Highway 36 over pass and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
Both men were taken to the Washington County Jail.
