CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL TO CLOSE OUT REGULAR SEASON

The Brenham Cubettes volleyball team will bring an end to the 2020 regular season, Friday, when they host Rudder at the Brenham High School gymnasium.

The Cubettes (16-4/9-4) will take on the Rangers (5-7) in their final tune-up before the playoffs begin next week.

Brenham, who has clinched a playoff berth for the third straight year, is currently in fourth in the district and would face the top team in District 20/5A in the opening round.

Going into the final night of the regular season, Magnolia (11-2) can clinch the top spot with a win at A&M Consolidated (3-9).  Magnolia West (10-3) is at Waller (2-11) and College Station (10-3) travels to Paetow (0-13).
