Washington County welcomes the first baby born of 2024.
Rosalia Alcala arrived on Tuesday at 7:46 a.m. at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Brenham. She was born to Mariela Alcala.
At birth, Rosalia weighed 6 pounds and 10 ounces, and measured 20 inches.
Her mother Mariela said, “I am overfilled with joy to have my new blessing entering the new year.”
