ELEVEN SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eleven people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st and 335th District Court, before Judge John Winkelmann.

37-year-old Trenton Dwayne Howard of Brenham, sentenced to 10 years in prison for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction, a third degree felony.

19-year-old Omar Fonseca Jr. of Hempstead, sentenced to 2 years in prison for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second degree felony, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, a third degree felony.

35-year-old Lacy Nicole Knight of Brenham, sentenced to 495 days in state jail for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000, a state jail felony. 

66-year-old Dylan Wayne Flenoy of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Continuous Violence Against the Family, a third degree felony.  Flenoy must also pay a $1,500 fine and a $100 family violence fee to a shelter, perform 100 hours of community service, and undergo anger management.

57-year-old Michael Dean Lavenspere of Rosenberg, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony.  Lavenspere was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.

43-year-old Derrick Robby Slack of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, a third degree felony.  Slack must also pay a $1,500 fine and $100 to the EMS Trauma Fund, complete a DWI education program, have an interlock device for one year on his vehicle, attend a victim impact panel, spend 60 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.

32-year-old Cristobal Anjel Hernandez of Brenham, sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, a third degree felony.  Hernandez was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.

17-year-old Marcus Allen Hill of Brenham, sentenced to 8 years’ deferred adjudication probation on two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second degree felony.  Hill must also pay a $1,000 fine and a $100 family violence fee to a shelter, perform 240 hours of community service, undergo anger management, spend 90 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation and maintain no contact with the victim in the case.

39-year-old Matthew Sundholm of Lago Vista, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony.  Sundholm was also fined $1,000 and must complete a drug offender education program. 

22-year-old Jetta Rhaye Shows of Brenham, sentenced to 2 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second degree felony.  Shows must also pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, undergo anger management and maintain no harassing or assaultive contact with the victim in the case.

30-year-old Dagoberto Montes Guiterrez of Brenham, after pleading guilty on October 16th and sitting for a hearing this week, was sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, a third degree felony.  Guiterrez was also fined $1,000 and will have to perform 75 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
