  1. I feel bad for her. I’m not a user of any drugs or even alcohol but I have been married to both and I will take the marijuana user over alcohol any day. Now driving under the influence of either one, a big no no.

    1. The problem here is that owners are selling vapes and paraphernalia but it’s illegal to have said items. Seems stupid but that’s Texas laws for you. I have never used any products of any kind but it seems strange that people visit those vape stores, get caught using and go to jail? Again, I repeated the situation showing it just doesn’t make sense to allow the sell but if you get caught with it, put you in jail. Someone Need to address the highest court and drop this ridiculousness

      1. Vape pens are not illegal .. nor is having one in your possession… It is not considered drug paraphernalia because it’s original intended use is for vaping with the Vape oils. They allow vape pens on cruise ships also! Now if someone alters the vape pen and they add an illegal substance .. that’s a different story. But it’s not the vape pen it’s the contents ! And in my experience … every state … not just TEXAS LAWS.. but EVERY STATE… has products sold in stores and they are not considered drug paraphernalia until someone has applied and illegal substance to itOtherwise and a half decent attorney could get those charges dropped

        1. Wow. What’s post. THC is the active chemical in marijuana. THC vape pens contain THC oil. By Texas law, possession of concentrated THC (oil and wax) is a felony.

      2. THC is a drug. Maybe you need to read this again. THC isn’t sold in vape shops.
