BLUEBONNET CO-OP ANNOUNCES MLK CLOSING DAY

  

Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative’s offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Bluebonnet’s offices will also be closed Thursday, Jan. 22, for a company-wide meeting. Bluebonnet members can access their account information and make payments during these office closings through the co-op’s website at bluebonnet.coop.

To report a power outage, members should call 800-949-4414. Bluebonnet’s control room is staffed 24 hours a day, every day. Should an outage occur, Bluebonnet personnel will be on call Martin Luther King Jr. Day and during the company-wide meeting Thursday, Jan. 22, to restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.

Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative is one of the largest electric cooperatives in Texas and has been serving its members since 1939. Bluebonnet serves more than 86,500 meters and owns and maintains 11,000 miles of power lines, located across more than 3,800 square miles within 14 Central Texas counties.
