BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO DISCUSS PROPERTY VARIANCES

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustment will consider zoning variances for next Monday’s meeting.

There will be a public hearing to allow 100-foot lot depth for three family residences on Campbell Street, where a minimum of 115-foot lot depth is typically required.

The board will also hear a request to allow a 7.75-foot setback on the east side of the yard on one of the aforementioned properties on Campbell Street.  A minimum of 10 feet is required for the setback in the front yard.

The board will meet next Monday, June 11, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
